Experience:
5+ years of experience in dealership networking of construction related material like Doors, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Adhesives, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, Electricals, Paints etc.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our business across South and West India. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven team handling experience, and a solid background in driving sales growth across multiple territories.
This role involves frequent travel throughout Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Maharashtra. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Sales Executives, ensuring consistent follow-ups, performance tracking, and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Motivate and guide the sales team through coaching, performance reviews, and regular field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand regional presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of regional sales activities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Travel extensively within the assigned states to monitor team performance, visit clients, and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Should have Prior sales team handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of proven team handling experience in a regional or zonal role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
