Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include monitoring sales targets, coaching and mentoring sales staff, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Skills in developing Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel as required
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector is desirable
