Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Senior Sales Manager will also nurture client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights for continuous improvement to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management and performance coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in analyzing sales reports and developing strategies based on market trends.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is highly desirable).
