Shrimpop, their domestic seafood brand, is set to launch across India, offering consumers a flavorful and protein-rich experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales strategy development, manage key client relationships, and identify new market opportunities for the domestic brand Shrimpop. Responsibilities include leading sales teams, setting sales targets, creating performance reports, and analyzing industry trends to drive growth. Collaboration with internal departments to align sales initiatives and contribute to overall business goals is also expected.
Qualifications
- Sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
- Team leadership, goal-setting, and performance analysis skills
- Market research, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the aquaculture industry or related markets is a plus
- Experience in managing international exports or domestic distribution channels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM tools
- Bachelors or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food and Beverage/FMCG market in India.
- Beneficial to have an 3+ years of experience in non-veg/seafood sales.
