International Sales Manager

About Us
SOL Dubai is a leading exhibition stall design and branding company specializing in large-format exhibition stands. We offer customized solutions for trade shows, conferences, and promotions across the UAE and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable services or solutions
- Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM
- Schedule meetings, demos, and site visits
- Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to optimize outreach strategy
- Share market insights and feedback to improve lead quality
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead & sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and achieving revenue targets
- preferrably MBA
- Must have his/her own visa
- 5+ year of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
- Comfortable with virtual meetings and regular reporting
- Willing to travel within Dubai for exhibitions and client meetings

Pay: ₹50, ₹62,000.00 per month
