Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: six months

Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead / Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, training & development, and cold calling for both recruitment and business development initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and learn about key HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Training & Development:

  • Support in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions and sending invites to participants.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to measure training effectiveness.
  • Help maintain training records and documentation.

Cold Calling (Recruitment & Business Development):

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates for open positions.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to pitch recruitment and HR services.
  • Generate leads and set up meetings for business development purposes.
  • Maintain logs and reports of calls and responses.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support other HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
