Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist in various HR tasks, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination of HR events and training sessions. The intern will also support the HR team in maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting with onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities may include research and implementation of HR best practices and helping with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of HR management software (e.g., HRIS) is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree in relevant field)
