Position: HR Intern
Duration: [6 months / 11 months]
Location: Bangalore

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources, including Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires and interns.
- Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR practices, policies, and trends.
- Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
