Position: HR Intern

Location: Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience with various HR functions and an opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and other key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, filing documents, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Strong interest in HR and talent management.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
