Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations with a strong focus on Payroll, Excel-based reporting, and day-to-day HR processes. This internship will provide hands-on experience in core HR functions, offering an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and entering employee data.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Support HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and data management.
- Coordinate with finance and HR team to ensure accurate payroll inputs and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Provide assistance in day-to-day HR activities (attendance, leave management, HR queries).
- Support audits, compliance checks, and other HR-related projects as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reporting, payroll sheets).
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
