Job Location - Wadala, Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage HRMS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements, process flows, and data needs for HRMS configuration.
  • System Configuration: Configure and customize the HRMS to align with company-specific HR processes, policies, and requirements.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of HRMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll systems).
  • Testing: Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing support to HR and other stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Guide the organization through the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve system-related problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HR operations.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRMS-related issues, collaborating with IT and HR teams to resolve problems efficiently.

Education & Qualification : Masters or Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources / Administration.
