We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA HRMS Consultant with over 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/HRMS modules, including end-to-end implementation and support in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SAP HR processes, integration with Fiori apps, and experience with modern SAP technologies such as CDS views and OData services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA HRMS implementations and support engagements.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP HR solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HR modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, and Benefits.
- Integrate SAP HRMS with Fiori apps and develop CDS views for reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, etc.).
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend process improvements.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HRMS/ HCM with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of core HR modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
- Experience with Fiori apps, CDS views, and OData services.
- Good understanding of integration with SuccessFactors, SAP FICO, and other modules.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA HR certification.
- Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-based HR solutions.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Indian States and Union Territory payroll and statutory compliance
