Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Inside Sales Executive with hands-on experience in B2B domestic sales, software products and services, and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, market research, and client engagement to drive business growth.
This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for technology sales.
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and decision-makers.
2. Sales & Client Engagement:
- Present and promote software services, IT solutions, and SaaS products to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.
- Maintain strong follow-up and nurture leads to closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. CRM & Reporting:
- Manage all leads, opportunities, and communications in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion metrics.
- Provide insights from client interactions to improve marketing and product strategies.
4. Collaboration & Market Understanding:
- Work closely with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Gather feedback from clients and competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the IT industry, SaaS products, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development in the B2B IT industry (Domestic Market).
- Proven experience in selling Software Services, IT Products, or SaaS Solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present technical solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality.
