We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers over calls, scheduling product demos/meetings, and visiting clients to close deals.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct product demos or meetings with prospective customers.
  • Present and explain insurance products to clients and understand their needs.
  • Visit customer locations to discuss plans and close sales.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on company products, competitors, and market trends.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
