Responsibilities.
  •  Responsible for handling critical issues of candidates, talked with accounts mangers directly and get things done.
  • Responsible for regular follow up with the candidates and Account Managers regarding updates.
  • Placement high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in contract positions.
  • Effectively recruit candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies.
  • Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing the Job Openings
  • Placing almost all consultants like US Citizen, Green Card holder, EAD and H1B Visa.
  • Responsible for making job description and posting on all the job boards.
  • Responsible for handling candidates on-boarding.
  • Responsible for preparing daily reports, Monthly reports in excel.
  • Created and regularly updating Candidates tracker Sheet in excels.
4. Qualification.
  • Any Graduation
  • Experience in US IT Recruitment (2-4 years).
5. Desired Qualities.
  • Experience in direct interaction with Account Mangers for requirement gathering, rates, client expectations
  • Actively done search in Linkedin, Google and other open web search to get right candidates.
  • Well versed in working on critical requirement and delivering on time
  • Experience in using tools such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.
