Role Overview: Academic Counselor:

As an Academic Counselor you'll be the key link between our curriculum and the families we serve. Your role is to guide parents and students in understanding the value of our programs, ensuring they make informed decisions about their child's future.

This is a high-impact, performance-driven role ideal for candidates who are energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about education and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate the benefits and USPs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic sales and engagement plans.
  • Proactively follow up on leads to drive conversions and meet/exceed weekly enrollment targets.
  • Provide personalized academic counseling based on child's learning goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations during live sessions with parents.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business tools.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in a *night shift* to cater to international clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33, ₹50,000.00 per month
