The Job

You will oversee a large geographic business unit, providing strategic HR leadership to support the company's ambitious growth trajectory. This high-impact role involves spearheading workforce strategies, fostering leadership development, and cultivating a learning-driven organizational culture. As part of their responsibilities, the HR Director will lead a team of 10 senior managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy implementation across a large geographic business unit.

  • Manage key HPBP focus areas including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Policy & Compliance and HR Analytics.

  • Manage and mentor a team of 10 senior managers, fostering collaboration and growth.

  • Build and nurture a culture focused on learning and innovation.

  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with executive teams to align HR practices with business objectives.

Your Profile

MBA in HR from a premier institution with 8+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in large-scale, service-oriented organizations.

  • Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and culture building.

  • Leadership experience in managing diverse teams and senior management groups.

  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
