Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Location: Gandhinagar Kudasan
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
o Promote and sell medical equipment and devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
o Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
o Prepare and present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
o Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
o Report weekly/monthly sales performance to the management.
o Suggest strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Tender & Documentation Support (if applicable):
o Assist in preparing documents for government or institutional tenders.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical equipment sales.
- Team Coordination:
o Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product updates and promotional campaigns.
o Participate in product training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business Administration (preferred).
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare sales.
· Knowledge of hospital operations and medical devices is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
