Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will blend strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of marketing principles to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals while supporting brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop collateral, email campaigns, and social‑media content that support sales efforts.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing‑focused role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self‑driven, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in the Building and Industries sector.

  • Ability to travel up to 30 % of the time for client meetings.
