About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives in the IT Services and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business expansion, particularly in Oracle services, web development, and BPO operations. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
 - Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
 - Develop customized proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements.
 - Assist in negotiations and deal closures to ensure successful partnerships.
 - Collaborate with technical, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
 - Minimum of 1 year experience in business development within IT services, Oracle consulting, web development, or BPO sectors.
 
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT services and BPO operations.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms.
 - Ability to work independently and within a team.
 - Experience in B2B sales and recruitment services.
