Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.

Client Engagement And Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions to address their business needs.

Proposal Development And Presentation

  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.

Negotiation And Deal Closure

  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

Market Intelligence And Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

Collaboration And Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
