Job Title: Growth Marketing Lead

Location: Mumbai (Prabhadevi)

Portfolio: Quikchex (HRMS & Payroll SaaS) + Lobo Staffing (Contract Staffing Solutions)

About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand generation, build multi-channel marketing programs, and deliver qualified demos and meetings for both Quikchex and Lobo Staffing. This role requires someone who can independently create content, run campaigns end-to-end, and scale growth for two high-impact brands.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Drive qualified demos (Quikchex) and client meetings (Lobo Staffing).
  • Build and optimize lead funnels across all digital channels.
  • Improve website and landing page conversions.

Marketing Execution

  • Own all digital marketing channels: Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Social Media, Email, Affiliate & Partner Marketing.
  • Plan and execute marketing calendars and campaigns across both brands

Content Creation

  • Independently produce blogs, landing pages, social content, case studies, videos, and sales collateral.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.

SEO & Website

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.
  • Optimize existing pages for ranking and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to guide decisions and improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Founders, Sales, and Product teams to align marketing priorities.
  • Support product launches, new services, and regional expansion.

Who You Are

  • 5-10 years in B2B growth marketing (SaaS or HR/staffing ideal).
  • Strong hands-on operator capable of writing content, designing creatives, and running campaigns independently.
  • Skilled in SEO, performance marketing, analytics, CMS (Wordpress) and CRM/automation tools.
  • Analytical, creative, and comfortable managing marketing for two brands.
