**We're Hiring– MIS Analyst | Physics Wallah (PW)

‎Physics Wallah is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting internal teams by managing request reviews, maintaining data trackers, verifying payments, and handling documentation — with a strong emphasis on follow-ups and coordination.

‎Experience: 1-2 years (preferably in MIS / Procurement / Finance Operations)

‎Location: Sector 62 , Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
‎
Stakeholder Coordination & Request Management

  • ‎Follow up with internal and external teams for approvals and submissions.
  • ‎Review and verify incoming requests (POs, payments, onboarding, agreements).
  • ‎Ensure accurate routing and timely processing.

‎
Payment Review & Coordination

  • ‎Verify payment requests against cost centers and supporting documentation.
  • ‎Coordinate with Finance for processing and resolve discrepancies.
  • ‎Provide payment status updates to stakeholders.

‎
Data Management

  • ‎Maintain and update Google Sheets / Excel trackers (Payments, POs, JotForms).
  • ‎Ensure records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

‎
Email Communication & Documentation

  • ‎Manage daily email communication regarding payments, onboarding, and vendor coordination.
  • ‎Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval.

Requirements
:

  • ‎Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and Gmail / Outlook.
  • ‎Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • ‎Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • ‎Detail-oriented and process-driven.‎
  • ‎Familiarity with Finance / Procurement workflows.
