We're seeking a detail-oriented
Finance & MIS Analyst
with strong experience in
D2C skincare or beauty brands
. The role involves driving financial reporting, performance tracking, and data insights to support growth and profitability across digital and retail channels.

Location
: Sector 142, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, P&L, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and manage
    MIS dashboards
    for revenue, marketing ROI, and inventory performance.
  • Monitor key D2C skincare metrics —
    CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and contribution margin
    .
  • Track marketing spends across digital platforms and analyze campaign ROI.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across product lines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for financial insights and process improvements.
  • Assist in pricing analysis, margin optimization, and new product financial modeling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 2–5 years' experience in
    Finance/MIS within D2C, beauty, or skincare industry
    .
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI / Tableau / GDS).
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
