The Senior MIS Executive is responsible for managing and improving reporting systems and processes across departments. This role involves data analysis, dashboard creation, process automation, and delivering timely, accurate reports to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/SQL knowledge, and experience handling large data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
  • Design dashboards and performance trackers using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Perform data validation, cleaning, and data integrity checks.
  • Generate ad hoc reports for management or stakeholders as requested.
  • Optimize and automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA, macros, or SQL queries.
  • Assist in data migration and support ERP/CRM implementation from a reporting perspective.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL; experience with databases like MySQL or MS Access.
  • Exposure to BI tools like Power BI/Tableau (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
