Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and streamline data reporting, support business operations with accurate insights, and ensure smooth functioning of internal information systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, errors, or areas of improvement.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and business summaries.
  • Automate reports and improve reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure timely submission of all reports.
  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and decision-making insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, etc.).
  • Experience with MIS reporting tools, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or any business reporting software.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an MIS Executive or Data Analyst role.
