Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to accurately input and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, good knowledge of Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets/Excel and company databases.
  • Create and manage pivot tables, formulas, and basic reports.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator/Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic formulas.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
