Job Title: Government Tender and GEM Portal Manager (IT Services)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Government Tender and GEM Portal Manager with a strong background in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing government tenders, specifically on the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal ), and a proven ability to handle the complete bid process. Familiarity with the requirements of the IT services sector is essential to ensure alignment with client and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of government tenders on the GEM portal, from identifying opportunities to final submission.
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals tailored to government tenders in the IT services industry.
  • Update and optimize the GEM portal profile, ensuring information is current, relevant, and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement guidelines and other regulatory requirements specific to IT services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and support proposal preparation.
  • Stay informed about government tender trends and requirements in the IT sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing government tenders, with a focus on the GEM portal.
  • Previous experience working in an IT services company, with a solid understanding of government IT procurement processes.
  • Proven track record in winning government bids within the IT sector.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
