Location: Pune

What You'll Do:-

Review tender documents (technical and commercial) and identify requirements, deadlines, and key deliverables.

Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams to gather required data for tender proposals.

Maintain a tracker for tenders floated, submitted, won, and lost with analysis.

Float enquiries to approved vendors and obtain competitive quotations.

Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers in collaboration with technical teams.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply.

Prepare comparative statements and recommend vendor selection based on evaluation criteria.

Maintain accurate records of tenders, purchase orders, correspondence, and approvals.

Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing and supplier development.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the SCM and Tender functions.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SCM Contracts for Civil Interior Fitouts

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
