Job Summary
The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, process requests, and provide information about products and services. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, surveys, or promotions (if applicable).
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
