Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join us as Recruiter & Client Acquisition Specialists. This dual role combines business development (bringing in new employers/clients) and recruitment (sourcing talent for their needs). You'll work remotely, on your own schedule, and earn commission for every successful hire or signed client. Main task will be making calls to the clients in USA.

This is a commission-only role, ideal for those who are results-driven, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in recruitment and business development.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients/employers across various industries nationwide
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client companies
  • Understand client hiring needs and manage recruitment from sourcing to placement
  • Match qualified candidates to client openings using our tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with a supportive internal team and receive ongoing training

Who You Are

  • Passionate about recruitment, sales, or client relationship building
  • Comfortable working 100% commission-based
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or staffing is a plus, but not required
