**Outbound Sales Executive (USA Market)**

**Shift Timing**: 8:30 PM IST - 5:30 AM IST (US Shift) | Monday Through Saturday
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 Years in International Sales (USA Market)

We are a leading Web Design & Digital Marketing Agency, helping businesses in the USA and Canada grow their online presence through result-driven websites, SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced **Outbound Sales Executive** who can directly contribute to our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses in the USA.
- Identify prospects and present tailored solutions for web design, development, SEO, social media marketing, and paid ad services.
- Understand client needs and explain the value of our digital services.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads, maintain a CRM system, and update progress regularly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for smooth client onboarding.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of proven international outbound sales experience**, specifically targeting the **USA market**.
- Strong ability to **cold call and generate leads independently**.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in **selling web design, digital marketing, or IT services** is a must.
- Comfortable working in **night shift hours (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience working with **CRM tools and remote communication platforms**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a digital agency environment.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, sales automation, and LinkedIn outreach.
