**Job Title**: Telecaller/Call Center Executive

**Location**: Remote/Work from Home

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic surveys in Malayalam with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately record survey responses and update data in Google Sheets.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide daily EOD reports summarizing survey results and activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Malayalam (both spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
