**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Call Center Support Representative. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clientele during US business hours. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries and concerns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Mandarin Chinese, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing product or service information.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers with varying levels of language proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work US timing hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
