Job Description: Call Center Executive (Outbound Calling - Membership management )

Position: Call Center Executive

Team: Outbound Calling Team

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to existing customers in the United States to discuss and facilitate the renewal of their memberships.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of renewing memberships, address any concerns or questions, and provide relevant information to customers.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and call logs in the company's CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, customer engagement, and membership renewals.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide feedback and insights to the team leader or manager regarding customer responses, common objections, and overall call performance.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines, ensuring respectful and professional interactions with all customers.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role, especially in an outbound calling environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with an American accent.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts that align with US time zones.
