We are seeking a confident and fluent English-speaking Call Center Representative with an American accent to join our team for a real estate client. As a representative, you will engage with a US audience, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include calling from a provided list, asking pertinent questions, and addressing any queries the customers may have.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients from a provided list.
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ask relevant questions to understand client needs and gather necessary information.
- Provide clear and concise answers to client queries about real estate services.
- Provide customer support and resolve customer queries on call.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Work during US time zones to align with client availability.

**Skills Required**:

- Fluent in English with an American accent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
- Confidence in speaking with a diverse range of clients.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.

- Night shift
