Administration Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle fee collection, prepare letters and documents, maintain Excel-based reports, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fee Collection
- Collect and record fees from students as required.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate financial logs.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare summary reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for verification and deposits.
2. Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Support management and staff with administrative requirements.
3. Letter Typing & Documentation
- Draft, format, and type letters, notices, and official correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation of all documents.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical document archives.
4. Excel Work & Format Preparation
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, data records, and standard formats.
- Generate reports, charts, and summaries using Excel functions.
- Update and monitor data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience in fee collection or basic accounting is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
