Job Role

To support the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the villas or apartments,

ensuring efficient management of property activities, including maintenance, housekeeping,

resident relations, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Support: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the property, including

managing maintenance, housekeeping, and security services. Ensure that all operational activities are conducted efficiently and in line with property standards.

  1. Team Supervision: Supervise and support maintenance and housekeeping staff. Assist with

scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to team members.

  1. Resident Services: Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Provide

timely resolutions and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.

  1. Maintenance Management: Coordinate and oversee routine and emergency maintenance tasks.

Work with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs and upkeep.

  1. Housekeeping Oversight:

Assist in managing housekeeping services, ensuring that cleaning and maintenance of common areas and individual units meet property standards. Monitor and enforce cleaning schedules and quality standards.

  1. Compliance and Safety: Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections, enforce safety protocols, and address any compliance issues.

  2. Budget Assistance: Assist in managing the property's operational budget, tracking expenses,

and making cost-effective decisions. Support financial planning and budget adherence.

  1. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized services. Monitor service delivery and ensure that contractual obligations are met.

  2. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including maintenance logs, service requests, and resident interactions. Prepare and present reports as required.

  3. Emergency Response Assistance: Support the management of emergency situations, including coordinating evacuation procedures and addressing urgent maintenance or safety issues.

  4. Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational processes and

procedures. Assist in implementing best practices to enhance property

management efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Operations/Housekeeping Team Lead or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
