Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of team performance and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Captain in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
