Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM Operations (Housekeeping) located in Panaji. The AGM Operations (Housekeeping) will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensure compliance with customer service standards, handle budgeting tasks, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the facility. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures, as well as overseeing inventory and supplies.

• Budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 10+ Yrs Experience with a 5+ years experience in facility management or the housekeeping industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
