Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build relationships with potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate (any discipline; preference for IT/Computer Science graduates).
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
