Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)

Shift: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

SysMind is looking for a Technical Recruiter with 14 years of experience in IT and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) hiring. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent for leading clients across industries, including Goldman Sachs, NTT, Capgemini, Deloitte, and other global leaders.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Indian talent landscape, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and BFSI domain roles (Contract, C2H, and Full-Time).
  • Work on hiring delivery for clients like Goldman Sachs, NTT, Capgemini, Deloitte, etc.
  • Use various sourcing strategies: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future hiring.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Key Requirements:

  • 14 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (IT + BFSI).
  • Exposure to hiring for BFSI clients (Goldman Sachs, financial services domain) preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills with job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and headhunting.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
