Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms (portals, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying intent.
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and provide relevant project details.
  • Schedule site visits and ensure timely follow-up with clients to drive walk-ins.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate records of interactions and status.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead flow with ongoing campaigns and offers.
  • Provide virtual tours or initial presentations about the property, amenities, pricing, and other USPs.
  • Build a strong rapport with customers and assist in nurturing relationships to support conversion.
  • Share regular feedback from clients with internal teams to improve marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4 to 9 years of experience in a presales, telesales, or customer service role in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with real estate CRM tools .
  • Familiarity with property portals (e.g., 99acres, MagicBricks, ).
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
