Role Summary: Product Specialist CAD/CAM Lab Division will be responsible for driving sales and business development of high-value digital dentistry solutions such as intraoral scanners, dental milling machines, 3D printers, and CAD/CAM software in the Indian market. This role requires in-depth knowledge of dental CAD/CAM technology, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with dental labs, clinics, and prosthetic centers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in capital equipment sales, with a strong focus on solution-based selling, product demonstrations, and consultative sales strategies. They must understand the digital transformation of dental workflows, be able to educate customers on the return on investment (ROI) of CAD/CAM systems, and work closely with dental professionals to drive adoption.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company's market share in the CAD/CAM dental segment, ensuring revenue growth, and positioning the company as a leader in digital dentistry solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Approach dental labs, prosthetic centres, and dental clinics interested in CAD/CAM equipment.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and field visits. Maintain and expand the customer database to increase market share.
- Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations for lab owners, technicians, and dentists.
- Educate potential buyers on CAD/CAM workflow benefits—accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Train customers on how to use dental scanners, milling machines, and 3D printers effectively. Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions with clients.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Identify and report emerging business opportunities in the CAD/CAM dental industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for installations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of sales pipeline, deals closed, and pending opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.
- Use CRM software and sales tools for tracking customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc (Dental / Mechanical / Biomedical) or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience: 3–8 years in dental equipment sales, CAD/CAM technology, or related fields
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training, workshops, and industry expos.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital training platforms.
