
Call Center Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching financial products, and assisting customers in applying for Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan) clearly to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team or assist customers in filling applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
- Basic understanding of financial products (preferred but not mandatory)
- Persuasive and target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
- Graduate or equivalent
