We're looking out for the Talent Acquisition Interns to join our team in Hyderabad location

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Human Resources team in various

aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition process. This internship provides an excellent

opportunity to gain practical experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and the overall

recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and

professional networks.

  • Create and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' interest, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis related to recruitment activities.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by participating in employer

branding initiatives.

  • Assist in creating engaging job postings and social media content.

Requirements :

  • Current enrollment in Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business

Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
