Creative Producer
— someone who thrives at the intersection of
emotions, visuals, people, and processes.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid role that combines creative direction, client handling, on-ground shoot presence, and post-production vision. You're not just the
bridge between teams
— you're the
keeper of the story
, ensuring that everything, from shoot-day to final films
and stills
, reflects our aesthetic and emotional standards.

You will be the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for clients post-booking — managing briefs, setting expectations, locking shoot plans, leading creative execution, and guiding edits. You'll work closely with internal and freelance teams to ensure each wedding is as seamless as it is stunning.

  from raw footage
  and stills
• Someone who enjoys managing people, timelines, and creative processes end-to-end
• A creative thinker who can turn a couple's vibe into a concept, a teaser, or even a campaign idea — not just one film, but a journey
• Someone who can watch our films and decode structure, mood, and styling — but also curate moodboards for portraits, posing references, and pre-wedding look guides
• Someone who can lead photo shoots with clarity and style cues
  — helping the team bring out fashion-forward portraits that feel natural and expressive
• A person who is emotionally aware, visually sharp, and strong on follow-through

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:

• DOPs or filmmakers looking to shoot — this is a creative + leadership role,
  not a camera role
• Fashion stylists applying just for set dressing or costume planning — without any understanding of storytelling, filmmaking, or photo direction
• Stylists or creatives who avoid planning, logistics, or structure
• Client servicing folks who lack visual sensibility or storytelling instinct
• People who dislike high-pressure environments like weddings or are hesitant to travel/on-ground work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the
  SPOC for assigned weddings
  — from post-booking till delivery
• Lead
  on-floor execution
  — giving creative direction, posing, styling inputs, guiding interviews, and ensuring story arcs are being captured
• Coordinate with
  planners, venues, and vendors
  to keep the shoot smooth and on-time
• Lock and brief freelancers, prep
  call sheets
  , and ensure shoot-day readiness
• Maintain trackers, backup logs, schedules, and ensure data is properly handed off
• Collaborate with editors to ensure alignment with the couple's story and studio aesthetics
• Manage client feedback cycles, QC, and delivery deadlines
• Create teaser & trailer concepts — ideating
  pre-launch promos, coming soon content
  , and
  launch-day narratives
  (especially for Instagram)
• Contribute to moodboards, pre-wedding references, and creative styling inputs for both
  photo and video
• (Optional, if skilled): Participate in image shortlisting, film structure, and creative captioning

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 2–4 years of experience in content/film production, weddings, luxury client servicing, or media agencies
• A strong
  eye for visuals, fashion, and emotion-driven storytelling
• Comfortable managing freelancers, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Emotionally mature, clear communicator, and great under pressure
• Excellent with Google Sheets, basic trackers, file workflows
• Bonus: Experience with styling, editorial storytelling, or content packaging for Instagram/YouTube
