We blend creative intuition with structured systems to deliver meaningful, stylish, and smooth wedding experiences. As we grow, we're seeking a Creative Producer who can lead both the emotional and operational aspects of each wedding.

Role Overview:

This role combines creative leadership, client servicing, on-ground creative execution, and post-production vision, ensuring that each wedding story reflects the studio's high aesthetic standards while offering a seamless, elevated client experience.

• Client Servicing → being the single point of confidence for couples & families
• Production Oversight → managing pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-production flow
• Creative Direction → ensuring moments aren't missed, frames look their best, and storytelling stays intact

You are the person clients take seriously. You're equally comfortable in a hotel ballroom with a bride, on a vendor call with a planner, or in a meeting with editors to ensure films carry the right story arc.

And while you love the creative side, you also have the production sharpness to handle difficult decisions, manage chaos, and stay passionate even in 24-hour wedding marathons.

This is not a 9-to-5; it's about ownership, stamina, and creating something unforgettable.

You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients post-booking, leading all creative conversations, managing expectations, and driving the overall creative vision — from on-ground storytelling and portraits to final post-production delivery.

The role is ideal for someone with a keen aesthetic eye (including fashion/styling), a strong sense of storytelling and emotion, and the ability to handle clients gracefully while coordinating creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned weddings — from post-booking to delivery
• Lead on-floor execution during shoots: posing, styling cues, story interviews, creative presence
• Coordinate planners, venues, and vendors for smooth timelines and access
• Lock freelance teams, prepare shoot-day call sheets and team briefs, producing overall.
• Maintain trackers, schedules, backups, and delivery logs
• Collaborate with editors and post-production to ensure storytelling alignment
• Manage client feedback loops, QC, and follow-ups without delay
• Contribute to image selection, shortlists, and internal content curation (optional, if skilled)

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in content/film production, wedding coordination, or agency ops
• Excellent communication — warm with clients, assertive with vendors
• Strong sense of visual style, story flow, and brand aesthetic
• Experience handling freelancer coordination, scheduling, and logistics
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, trackers, and basic file workflows
• Emotionally mature — can stay composed and lead with calm clarity
• A background in weddings, media, film, or luxury services is a strong plus
