About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer to lead the planning, production, and delivery of engaging video content. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, hands-on production experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communication.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, editors, and designers to ensure project alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage the full production cycle including pre-production planning, shoot scheduling, and post-production supervision.
  • Oversee lighting, camera setup, and audio recording to ensure professional output.
  • Edit or supervise editing to deliver compelling, polished video content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Video Producer, Videographer, or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Access to a studio, filming equipment, or model network for efficient project execution.
  • Experience with brand videos, commercials, or social media content creation.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or sound design is a plus.
