Role Summary

The Associate Producer plays a key supporting role in the end-to-end execution of creative and video production projects. From ideation to delivery, the AP ensures that creative intent is executed with operational clarity. They work cross-functionally with clients, creatives, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and quality control across various production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution across digital, TV, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on concept development, scripting, and presentations.
  • Act as the key client contact for briefs, updates, and expectation management.
  • Oversee production and post-production to ensure smooth delivery and quality output.
  • Coordinate across design, copy, and edit teams for timely, aligned execution.
  • Support budgeting, vendor management, and trend tracking to enhance creative excellence.

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production setup
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling end-to-end production processes (pre-production, shoot, post-production)
  • Ability to create and maintain timelines, trackers, and reports
  • Eye for detail to ensure quality control and brand consistency
